PURPOSE: A binder is provided to prevent movement of corrugated pipe and protect the cable arranged within the corrugated pipe, while improving safety and assembly convenience of motor vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A binder(10) comprises a band member(100) having an end where a head part(200) with an inner passage(210) for exposing the end of the band member is formed. A stopper protrusion(211) for stopping the band member is formed within the inner passage of the head part. A coupling protrusion(230) to be inserted into a coupling groove formed at the outer periphery of a corrugated pipe, is formed at the contact surface where the head part and the corrugated pipe contact with each other. The coupling protrusion is inserted into the coupling groove formed at the outer periphery of the corrugated pipe, to thereby prevent movement of the corrugated pipe in a lengthwise or circumferential direction.
