AUTOMATIC APPARATUS FOR ENCAPSULATING EXTRACTED SOLUTION AND METHOD FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: An automatic apparatus for encapsulating extracted solution is provided by solidifying and/or gelating a coating film formed with liquid arginine by using a coagulating agent to encapsulate the extracted solution. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises in general a raw material supply part(100) and a desk part(200). The supply part(100) consists of an extract supply section(110) equipped with an extract pipe(111) and a pump(112) and a coating solution supply section(130) having a coating solution pipe(121) with a larger diameter than the extract pipe(111). Both of the pipes(111,121) are integrated at free ends thereof as a double-pipe by passing the extract pipe(111) through the coating solution pipe(121) and defined as "a raw material supply nozzle(130)". The desk part(200) has a container(210) of coagulating agent such as CaCl2 solution and a heat-absorption pipe(220) at bottom of the container(210).
