PURPOSE: Provided are shoes with ventilation and health function included which maximize the amount of pumping and supply outer air for certain location inside the shoes with aromatic so that they prevent water eczema and bad smell of foot. CONSTITUTION: The shoes with the ventilation and the health function included comprise the parts of: an upper and a lower plate(20, 30) which are placed at the bottom(10) of the shoes and combined by a hinge at one side; an elastic member(40) which is placed between the upper and the lower plate to rotate the upper and the lower plate elastically; a cover rubber which is adhered to the external circumference of the upper and the lower plate to seal the upper and the lower plate for forming certain space; a ventilation valve(70) which is placed at one side of the upper plate and combined with one edge of an air induction pipe(11) to exhaust air; a suction valve(80) which is placed at one side of the lower plate and combined with an air inflow hole(13) to inhale air; a cover for an inflow hole which is placed at the bottom of the shoes to open or close the air inflow hole; and the aromatic(100) which is placed at one side of the air inflow hole to operate the suction valve and flow aromatic air in.
