APPARATUS FOR CALIBRATING INSIDE DIAMETER OF LARGE BUSHING TYPE BEARING

PURPOSE: An apparatus for calibrating inside diameter of large bushing type bearing is provided to prevent accident and improve quality of roll by forming a uniform oil film at the outer surface of the roll sleeve and inner surface of the bushing type bearing. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a driving unit(400) manufactured to correspond to the size of a bushing type bearing(1) and mounted onto a main base(15) in such a manner that the driving unit is rotatable; a column unit(300) disposed on the right side of the main base of the driving unit, and which has a column(12) and a cylinder(9); and a calibrator having a sensor fixed to the cylinder and a guide rod(10) of the column unit so as to measure the inside diameter of the bushing type bearing.
