PURPOSE: A door opening-warning apparatus of a vehicle is provided to output a door opening-massage in various tone colors through an audio speaker when door opening is detected. CONSTITUTION: A door opening-warning apparatus of a vehicle comprises a power supply unit(10) of supplying power sources to detect opening of a door; a door opening-sensing unit(20) having the connection point switched according to the opening of the door; a control unit(30) of analyzing voltage level of the door opening-sensing unit and deciding opening of the door; and an audio unit(40) of warning opening of the door in a phonetic massage or music through a speaker according to the control signal of the control unit. The audio unit can download various warning sounds of door opening through wired or wireless communication connection. Accordingly, a special chime bell or buzzer and electronic wiring are not required and the cost of production is reduced.
