PURPOSE: A customer management method is provided to analyze transaction data and customer data for an affiliated store, and to offer highly value-added information to the affiliated store by using data in a credit card payment system. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. An affiliated store checks whether a customer is a registered member(S102) and transmits a customer name and resident registration number or a credit card number to a customer management server(S103) in a case that the affiliated store wants to receive data on a specific customer(S101). The customer management server checks the customer based on the customer name and resident registration number or the credit card number transmitted by the affiliated store(S104), extracts data on the affiliated store, the customer and the customer transaction specification from a database(S105), generates new information by processing the extracted data and transmits the new generated customer relevant information to the affiliated store(S106).
