PURPOSE: A system for managing a business is provided to increase the productivity and the efficiency of the business through individual man/hour management. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a plan setting and business allotting part(100), an internal processing part(200), an analysis/estimation part(300) and other system(400) linked with the system. The plan setting and business allotting part(100) manages an individual daily plan and the achievement, the personal information, the job information, and a business code written as a standard of the business, the activity and the job. The internal processing part(200) analyzes and stores the progress by receiving the information for the plan and the achievement, processes an approval and an examination opinion of a middle manager and an arbitrator, and generates and stores the business achievement by collecting the individual achievement of each organization and business. The analysis/estimation part(300) analyzes and estimates the achievement to the plan of each organization, individual and business by using the information for the plan, the achievement and the individual progress, and shows the information graphically.
