PURPOSE: A cooling air passage is formed in an upper body, a lower body, and a blank holder to cool the mold with a cooling air. CONSTITUTION: A lower body(3) having a lower shape of a product panel is mounted in a lower bolster(5). Blank holders(9,11) are installed in the bolster by a cushion pin. An upper body(13) having an upper shape of the product panel is mounted in a slider. The product panel is pressed between the upper and lower body while product panel is held by the blank holder. A cooling air passage(17,19,21) is formed in the upper body, the lower body, and the blank holder. A mold cooling member cools the upper and lower body and the blank holder by injecting cooling air.
