PURPOSE: A device for blocking a noise in accordance with a hot plug is provided to protect a sub device and a computer system by restricting all noises and electric interferences being generated in a power cable in the case that a power connector is mounted or dismounted compulsorily for replacing the sub device. CONSTITUTION: A hard disk drive(130) is connected to a main board of a computer. A power supply device(110) supplies a power source to the hard disk drive(130). A low band through filter(120) removes a noise generated by a compulsory power disconnection between the hard disk drive(130) and the power supply device(110) through a low band filtering with respect to a specific frequency. An inductor(L1) has an impedance characteristic in a specific frequency band. An electrolytic condenser(C1) and a ceramic condenser(C2) rectify a noise of an AC component being entered through the inductor(L1) using a charging/discharging characteristic.
