PURPOSE: An RF(Radio Frequency) device for a DSRC(Dedicated Short Range Communication) base station is provided to compose temperature compensation crystal oscillators and PLL(Phase Locked Loop) modules on transmission and reception paths and tune transmission and reception frequencies. CONSTITUTION: An RF switch(210) switches transmission and reception paths of short range RF data transmitted and received with a vehicle terminal through an antenna(200). A receiving unit(220) converts a received RF signal into an IF(Intermediate Frequency) signal by a local oscillation signal and demodulates a receiving data. A transmission unit(230) modulates transmission data as the local oscillation signal, amplifies the local oscillation signal, and outputs the amplified local oscillation signal to the RF switch(210). A local oscillation unit(240) outputs transmission and reception local oscillation signals according to transmission and reception modes using temperature compensation crystal oscillators(242,252) and PLL modules(243,253).
