PURPOSE: Fishing bait and a manufacture method thereof are provided to facilitate the nibble of fish and to prevent the contamination of water through purification action using quartz porphyry. CONSTITUTION: The fishing bait consists of wheat outer shell powder, roasted wheat outer shell powder and quartz porphyry powder. The roasted wheat outer shell powder is processed at a temperature of 150deg.C to 190deg.C for 8 to 12 minutes. The wheat outer shell powder is mixed with the roasted wheat outer shell powder in the rate of 1 to 2 or 1 to 4.
