PURPOSE: Provided is a mattress for a bed with an air tube embedded which minimizes air shift horizontally caused by turning over or changing location before sleeping so that it prevents rolling situation and improves ventilation to increase health improvement effect. CONSTITUTION: The mattress for the bed with the air tube embedded comprises the parts of: a frame(16) which forms plural lattice spaces with an upper and a lower side open; plural support sheets(18) which are aligned side by side in a straight direction with partitions at the upper side of the frame; and plural air tubes which include an upper tube(12a) to be combined at the upper side of the support sheet, a lower tube(12b) to be received into the partition space and a connection part(12c) to connect the upper and the lower tube and locate between plural support sheets, in which the upper tube includes a porous cushion member(28).
