PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a helmet body is provided to maintain a resin content of the helmet constant and improve an impregnation rate by manufacturing the helmet with prepreg, thereby maintain mechanical property uniform and improve a work environment. CONSTITUTION: Prepreg(4) resin-impregnated in reinforced fibers is applied by a predetermined thickness in a mold for molding a helmet to form a helmet body. After the prepreg is applied in the mold, heating is performed to harden the resin impregnated in the prepreg. An airbag is inserted through the mold inlet. The airbag is expanded to press the prepreg, thereby molding the helmet body.
