PURPOSE: A blasting method is provided for carrying cartridge easily and safely to reduce loading time of the gunpowder and to improve blasting power, and to reduce blasting dust. CONSTITUTION: A pipe(34) is cut using a cutter(35), and then is moved lengthwise to cut a groove. The groove is widened by a widening member(37) in a C shape. A gunpowder(38) is loaded in the pipe, and the widening member is removed to restore the initial state of the pipe. The pipe with the cartridge having the gunpowder is inserted to the blasting hole, and is blasted.
