PURPOSE: A solenoid valve operating apparatus is provided to reduce the number of parts and battery consumption, and to cut down expenses by simplifying the assembling process with opening and closing the valve at three stages. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve driving device comprises a disk type armature(5) installed in the upper part of a valve stem, and adsorbed in a magnet; an electromagnet(6) installed below the armature to form two-stage magnetic force according to current; a valve spring(10) easily closing the valve; an actuator spring(9) keeping the valve opening against repulsive force of the valve spring; and a controller(11) supplying current to open the valve partially or completely by controlling power to the electromagnet in opening and closing the valve. Assembling process is simplified with opening and closing the valve through the three-stage control.
