This process originally is designed to produce a advertisement sheet which can be attached on the surface of the glass without any adhesive device. This means the sheet itself has adhesive strength and this can be used in various ways such as an advertisement sheet or etc... To make the sheet these procedures would be followed: 1) Print UV OFF Set on white PVC sheet, 2) After PVC sheet which has adhesive strength has been glued on white PVC sheet which had been printed UV OFF Set, it will be treated by the heat of fusion, 3) The sheet will be trimmed and cut to planned or any appropriate size to be used. These procedures will create a sheet with a portion with adhesive property; thus this sheet can be attached and removed to the surface of the glass without making any mark or scratch. |
