<p>The invention relates to a ring-type baking furnace (1) having two parallel rows of baking chambers which are situated in trough-shaped constructions (2a, 2b), where the trough-shaped constructions (2a, 2b) exhibit outer walls (3a, 3b) and are separated from each other by a partition (100). The partition (100) contains two inner walls (4a, 4b) which form an interlying space (101). The ring-type baking furnace (1) is characterised by way of its modular construction with outer wall elements fitted together to form outer walls (3a, 3b) and inner wall elements fitted together to form inner walls (4a, 4b).</p> |
