PURPOSE: Provided is artificial rice containing green tea components, particularly, manufactured by mixing various grains powder, green tea powder and wheat flour together. The artificial rice shows the bioactivity of green tea, contains enriched nutrients, and has prevention and treatment effects on various diseases. CONSTITUTION: The artificial rice is characterized by consisting of 76-86 parts by weight of grains powder, 4-9 parts by weight of green tea powder, 10-15 parts by weight of wheat flour, wherein the grains powder is characteristically composed of 5-15 parts by weight of rice, 20-40 parts by weight of unpolished rice, 25-45 parts by weight of barley and 1-10 parts by weight of beans. |
