REMOTE OPERATION SYSTEM, ITS TRANSMITTER AND DRIVEN APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To provide a remote operation system in which a user can set identification information for making a transmitter correspond with a driven apparatus without requiring replacement of any special component. CONSTITUTION: The remote operation system can control a plurality of driven apparatus 1,..., 1 while discriminating by making a transmitter 2 to correspond with a driven apparatus 1 being remote controlled by data transmitted from the transmitter 2 using identification information contained in that data. The transmitter 2 comprises means 45 and 46 for altering the identification information contained in that data in response to the identification information setting operation of a user, and means 46 for adding alteration designating information of the identification information to the data. The driven apparatus 1 is provided with means 78 for storing the identification information which is altered according to the identification information contained in the data added with the alteration designating information.
