SHOES WITH SHOCK ABSORBABILITY ENHANCEMENT AND PRODUCTION PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are shoes with shock absorbability enhancement which utilize the improved last structure to be manufactured in a simple process without changing the appearance of the shoes. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the shoes with shock absorbability enhancement comprises the steps of: (i) manufacturing last wherein one part of a front foot part is internally dug; (ii) attaching shock absorption materials to the upper surface of insole to be inserted into a part dug internally by adhesive; (iii) coating last and insole except the middle part of the bottom side at the insole by a cover; (iv) attaching metal waist iron with a band structure curved along the curve of the bottom for the last to the bottom of insole; and (v) attaching outsole to the bottom where the metal waist iron is attached.
