PURPOSE: A video cellular phone is provided to display a normal image on a display even though the user turns the camera unit in any direction. CONSTITUTION: A hinge(16) configured between a cellular phone body(14) and a folder(17) connects the cellular phone body(14) with the folder(17). The hinge(16) comprises a camera unit(11) for inputting an image. The folder comprises a speaker(15) for outputting a voice signal to a user. The cellular phone body(14) comprises a display(12) and a keypad(13). The display(12) displays data received from other terminal or displays the image inputted to the camera unit(11). The keypad(13) is composed of numeric and character keys. A switch(18) inputs a command of controlling the rotation of the image on the display(12) at set angle. The camera unit(11) is rotatable.
