PURPOSE: A preventing structure of a clearance in a stay bracket is provided to prevent the clearance between the stay bracket and a headliner by supporting the body center of the stay bracket in a car body panel. CONSTITUTION: A hanging portion(24) contains an inserting groove(25) in the center. The hanging portion is integrally formed in a body portion(20b) of a stay bracket(20). The end of a car body panel(40) is accepted in the inserting groove by inserting. In operating a sun visor, the center of the stay bracket is firmly stuck to a headliner. Thereby, the quality of a product is improved.
