CD CASE

摘要

PURPOSE: A CD case is provided to reduce the cost and time required for manufacturing the CD case by producing the CD case in an injecting work, decrease a damage rate of the CD case and reduce the size and the volume of the CD case. CONSTITUTION: In a CD case capable of keeping and carrying out a CD, a front cover(2) is integratedly connected with a rear cover(3) by a flexible hinge part(7); a main rib(10) is formed at the front cover and an auxiliary rib(11) is formed at the rear cover, wherein the main rib and the auxiliary rib cross each other, so that the auxiliary rib is secured at the end of the main rib and is opened and shut by the flexible hinge part; grooves(8) are formed at the outer surface of the main rib and protrusions(9) are formed at the inner surface of the auxiliary rib corresponding to the grooves; and a plurality of guide ribs(6) are formed to guide the protrusions to be inserted into the grooves.
