摘要 PURPOSE: A system for reserving a customer service and an operation method thereof are provided to reduce the inconvenience of a customer for applying a service request by making a service man automatically receive the service request through a self-diagnosis system or a network system. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a product(110), an information storing part(120) storing various kinds of information and an operation server(130) selecting the service man by receiving the service request from each product(110) and informing the service request reception to the service man. The product(110) storing the information for each abnormal particular of each component is equipped with the self-diagnosis system(111) and is connected to the online in order to inform the operation server(130) of a diagnosis result. The operation server(130) searches the service man based on the information informed by the self-diagnosis system and transfers the informed information to a terminal(141) of the selected service man according to a searching result.
