PURPOSE: A disk case for reading a stereoscopic image is provided to freely realize CD and DVD advertisement by reading a stereoscopic photograph inside the disk case as the stereoscopic image, thereby reducing the cost for advertisement and improving the effect of the advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A disk case(1) for reading a stereoscopic image includes a stereoscopic material(6) placed inside the disk case, and a stereoscopic reading element formed of alternately a plurality of stripes(5') capable of shielding the light and a plurality of stripes(5'') capable of transmitting the light on a synthetic resin plate(5) made of a transparent material in the disk case, so that an observer feels the stereoscopic image when the observer watches the stereoscopic material through the synthetic resin plate.
