PURPOSE: A device for sensing the wear of a brake lining of a vehicle is provided to improve stability and performance by operating a sensor with the magnetic field of a permanent magnet, to offer convenience to a driver by informing the driver of the wear state of the brake lining, and to prevent the waste of resources by semi-permanently using the sensor. CONSTITUTION: A recess(51) is formed on the free end portion of a bolt(5) for adjusting a gap. A ring-shaped permanent magnet(6) is installed in the recess. A proximity switch type sensor(7) selectively turned on and off by the magnetic field of the permanent magnet is installed in a connecting hole(41) of a gas adjusting wheel(4).
