PURPOSE: Ventilating structure for a headlamp of a vehicle is provided to prevent blackening of a lens by discharging heat through a heat discharge port with generating cool air in a cooling unit, and to check the forward area conveniently by restricting moisture in the lens during traveling at night. CONSTITUTION: A lens(10) is combined with the front of a head lamp housing(20), and a bulb(40) and a reflector(30) are installed in the head lamp. An external air inlet(21) and a heat discharge port(22) are formed in upper and lower parts of the headlamp housing to flow air into the headlamp and discharge air. A cooling unit(50) is connected to the external air inlet through a hose(60). Heat is generated in the head lamp, and discharged through the heat discharge port by generating cool air in the cooling unit. Blackening of the lens is prevented, and traveling is performed safely by restricting moisture in the lens.
