PURPOSE: An air-conditioning system of a vehicle is provided to improve ventilating performance as well as durability and service life thereof by separately operating a fan used in circulation of inner air and a fan used in inflow of outer air. CONSTITUTION: In an air-conditioning system of a vehicle, a fan for circulation of inner air(22) for circulating indoor air of a vehicle and a fan for circulation of outer air(24) for taking in air and ventilating indoor air are installed inside a housing(21) with an outer air inflow port(21a) and an air vent port(21b), by a layered structure. A partition member(21c) to separate the inner space of the housing into an upper and a lower end is laterally installed inside the housing connected in vertical axial direction with the outer air inflow port. The fan for circulation of inner air and a fan motor for circulation of inner air(23) are installed to the lower space of the partition member to be fixed to the floor of the housing. The fan for circulation of outer air and a fan motor(25) for circulation of outer air are installed to the upper space of the partition member to be fixed on the partition member.
