MANUFACTURING METHOD OF NON-WOVEN FABRIC FOR DASH-OUTER COVER OF CAR

PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacture method of non-woven fabric for a dash-outer cover of a car which is characterized by not occurring tear and separation of layers, having excellent shape stability and not causing environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: The non-woven fabric for the dash-outer cover of the car is obtained by a process containing the steps of: producing web out of polyester fiber 100% with an opening machine and a carding machine; piling the web with a cross lapper; combining the piled web with a water current; drying and winding the combined web; and then dipping the web into an aqueous acryl binder, and printing.
