PURPOSE: A jet aeration oxidizing flotation machine is provided to conduct double treatment performance by continuously and automatically perform a series of processes using a mechanical apparatus and economically treat odorless excretions or wastewater by removing bubbles using a bubble breaker after forming bubbles using a jet aeration device. CONSTITUTION: The jet aeration oxidizing flotation machine comprises an oxidizing flotation tank(30) into which separated urine or wastewater is supplied; a lower protrusion part (cone)(42) which is projectingly formed on the central part of the bottom of the oxidizing flotation tank(30); a jet aeration device (A) which is built in the central upper part of the oxidizing flotation tank(30) to form bubbles by oxidizing flotation; a debubbling and gas exhaust tank(31) which is formed on the upper part of the oxidizing flotation tank(30); a bubble breaker (B) which is installed at the debubbling and gas exhaust tank(31); a gas exhaust unit (C) which is installed at the upper part of one side of the bubble breaker (B) to exhaust gas; a gas exhaust port(38) which is formed at one side of the upper part of the gas exhaust unit (C); and a treated solution discharge pipe(41) which is formed at one side of the lower part of the debubbling and gas exhaust tank(31) to discharge the treated solution.
