PURPOSE: A transformer core with high yield and a method for fabricating the same are provided to reduce the loss of an iron plate by forming plural E-shaped cores and I-shaped cores within a rectangular region of a coil. CONSTITUTION: A coil(21) is inserted through an uncoiler and a coil feeder. A plurality of transformer cores(20,20') with high yield is formed by performing a blanking process for the coil(21) to a shape of E. An I-shaped core(30) is formed between horizontal branches(22) of the E-shaped core. The plural E-shaped transformer cores(20,20') and the plurality of I-shaped cores(30) are blanked within a rectangular region having predetermined width and predetermined length of the coil(21). A plurality of combination hole(20a) are formed at predetermined portions of the plural E-shaped transformer cores(20,20') when the plural E-shaped transformer cores(20,20') and the plurality of I-shaped cores(30) are blanked within the rectangular region.
