METHOD FOR FABRICATING FUME PIPE USING WASTE PLASTIC

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a fume pipe is provided to save resources and to reduce manufacturing cost by fabricating the fume pipe through melting and pressing waste plastic. CONSTITUTION: A fume pipe frame is formed by attaching a plurality of supporting rods to an outer surface of coil-shaped metal(101). Then, waste plastic washing process is carried out(103). After that, waste plastic is melted by heating waste plastic at the temperature about 150 to 250°C(104). After inputting the fume pipe frame into a mold, waste plastic melting material is inputted into the mold(105). Then, waste plastic melting material is pressed to form a fume pipe shape(106). After that, a natural cooling process is carried out(107).
