PURPOSE: A hinge device for an LCD monitor is provided to reduce a production cost by simplifying a structure and a production process through a leaf spring and to increase the reliability of a product by enhancing the durability. CONSTITUTION: The first bracket is fixed to the LCD monitor. The second bracket(20) is fixed to a main body including a keyboard and various kinds of devices. A shaft(30) is fixed to the first bracket(10) and is penetrated into the second bracket(20). A case(40) is fixed to the second bracket(20) in order to penetrate one terminal of the shaft(30). The leaf spring(50) is installed into the case(40) in order to be installed to a circumference of the shaft(30) and adjusts a rotation angle of the LCD monitor by relatively rotating around the shaft(30). A fixing ring(60) is installed between the case(40) and the shaft(30) in order not to remove the case(40) and the leaf spring from the shaft(30).
