PURPOSE: A reverse auction service for an AD(ADvertisement) connecting an autonomous product advertisement with the free use of a scratch paper is provided to make a member reduce the expense load to buy a scratch paper and to make an advertiser perform directly advertising to a target customer by enabling the member to receive the scratch paper from the advertisers and connecting the member to the advertiser fit to the member. CONSTITUTION: A main web server performs member registration for the member and the advertiser(S20). The main web server receives the scratch paper of each member to freely use the scratch paper and constructs a desired scratch paper database(S30). The main web server outputs the data for each member to the advertisers through a client PC of the advertiser. The member joining with a reverse AD auction service loads the AD of the advertiser corresponding to the optimal desired scratch paper through a desired condition inputted by the member to the scratch paper of the member(S40). The advertiser offers the scratch paper including the free AD to the member.
