PURPOSE: A portable vertical blind is provided to carry and install easily without influencing a structural function of a vertical blind. CONSTITUTION: The portable vertical blind comprises: a channel(100) provided with a cutting part(110); a coupler(200) coupled elastically from the upper side by folding the cutting plane of the channel, and composed of a hanger bracket(210) to fix the channel(100) to a window frame and a hanging groove(211) formed on both sides of the hanger bracket(210) to suspend both front ends(A); and a square bar(300) fixed with a coupler by forming a cutting part(310) on the corresponding part of the cutting part(110) of the channel(100).
