PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of a conductive grate panel used as an access flooring requiring high cleanliness, flatness and durability is provided to absorb thereby remove fine dust, dust particles and particulate from the floor by strengthening conductivity, and a conductive grate panel manufactured by the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing process of a conductive grate panel comprises die casting process(1) of forming the shape of the grate panel; trimming process(2) of cutting and finishing the surface of the grate panel after the die casting process; flattening process(3) of flattening the upper surface of the grate panel passing through the trimming process; finishing process(4) of filing the side surface smooth after removing burr on the side surface of a plurality of opened holes formed on the upper surface of the grate panel after the flattening process; shot blasting process(5) of projecting metallic particles thereonto so as to remove rough parts on the surface and parts where the opened holes and the surface meet each other after the finishing process; champering process(6) of preventing coating film from being peeled off from the edge part of the grate panel after the shot blasting process; sandpaper process(7) of removing burr remaining on the surface of the grate panel and finishing the burr removed surface after the champering process; air blowing process(8) of removing dust generated after the sandpaper process; pre-drying process(9) of the grate panel passing through the air blowing process; and powder coating process(10) of coating a conductive powder paint on the grate panel dried after the pre-drying process.
