PURPOSE: A small cabinet formed in a vehicle is provided to easily use small articles by installing the small cabinet on an instrument panel and to stably store small articles in the small cabinet even if the vehicle suddenly stops or runs. CONSTITUTION: A tray(10) is formed at an upper center portion of an instrument panel. A cover(20) is provided to open/close the tray(10). The cover(20) maintains a close state with respect to the tray(10) by means of a hook(30). A locker(40) is provided to prevent the hook(30) from being separated. A cavity(11) is formed in the tray(10). The tray(10) includes a synthetic resin box(12). A stepped portion(13) is formed at one side of the synthetic resin box(12), and a locking hole(14) is formed in the stepped portion(13). The cover(20) includes an inner panel(21) and an outer panel(22). A hinge bracket(24) is attached to one end of the cover(20).
