PURPOSE: An array substrate fabricating method for a liquid crystal display device is provided to precisely measure the waveform of data signals via low resistance lines, thereby precisely correcting a kickback voltage value and providing the high resolution LCD. CONSTITUTION: An array substrate fabricating method for a liquid crystal display device includes a substrate, gate and data lines(102,112) intersecting each other via an insulating film on the substrate for defining pixel areas(P), switching elements formed on the intersections between the gate and data lines and having first to third electrodes(104,114,116) and an active layer(108), a second insulating film formed on the switching elements and exposing a part of each of the third electrodes, transparent pixel electrodes(120) formed on the pixel areas in contact with the exposed third electrodes, a third insulating film formed on the transparent pixel electrodes and exposing a part of each of the pixel electrodes, and low resistance lines(124) extended on the gate and data lines while contacting the exposed pixel electrodes.
