PURPOSE: A plastic fast film processing apparatus is provided to precisely evaluate properties of matter, such as workability, neck-in, and draw-down of matter by extruding and fast processing plastic. CONSTITUTION: A plastic fast film processing apparatus includes an extruder(1) connected to an extruding die(1'). An air injector(2) is provided to inject air onto a sample formed on a film. A cooling roll(3) is provided to rapidly cool an extruded film. The cooling roll(3) is formed at a surface thereof with an embossing section. A film introduced from a guide roll(4) is wound around a winding roll(5). A winding device(6) is provided to allow the sample exhausted from the extruding die(1') to be wound around the winding roll(5) through the cooling roll(3) and the guide roll(4). A sensor(7) is provided to detect the film. A computer system calculates results upon receiving a signal from the sensor(7).
