PURPOSE: A system and a method for selling a skin cleaner using the Internet are provided to offer the skin cleaner suitable for a present skin state by caring and checking the skin of respective individuals through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A central server(1) accepts an access from a plurality of users by connecting to a communication network, provides the check for the skin state of the user and the information relating to the skin, and guides the skin care. A plurality of user computer terminals(3_1-3_n) receives various kinds of services necessary for the skin care and provides the skin state information of the user to the central server(1). A manufacturing company(7) manufactures the skin cleaner according to the skin state information and a prescription provided from the central server(1) and delivers the skin cleaner to the user.
