PURPOSE: A burglarproof apparatus for an audio system of a vehicle is provided to protect the audio system by fixing the audio system securely to a body of the vehicle if a vehicle engine is not ignited. CONSTITUTION: An audio body(10) is screw-coupled into a clash pad through a bracket(12). A vacuum actuator(20) is installed at a rear end of the audio body(10). The vacuum actuator(20) includes a cylinder(22) communicated with a vacuum hose(32) connected to an engine surge tank(30), a piston(24) slidably installed at an inner portion of the cylinder(22), and a locking pin(26) integrally formed with the piston(24). A pressure adjusting section(40) is installed in the vacuum hose(32). The pressure adjusting section(40) includes a pressure detecting sensor(42), a pressure adjusting valve(44) and a controller(46).
