摘要 PURPOSE: Bypass valve system improvement structure of a TCI(Turbo Charger Intercooler) engine to reduce noise is provided to reduce noise while preventing the lowering of engine performance by controlling opening actions of a bypass valve and by preventing pressure of the outlet side of a compressor from quickly coming out into the inlet side, even in a sudden closing action of a throttle valve. CONSTITUTION: A compressor(1), installed on an intake line, supplies filtered air to surge tank(2). A bypass valve(5) communicates with the inlet(12) and outlet(11) of the compressor. Air pressure of the outlet side of the compressor is bypassed to a bypass line of the inlet side. A fixed compartment plate is installed in the middle of the bypass valve. A diaphragm is elastically supported by a spring. A first bypass line(6a) is installed to communicate with the outlet side of the compressor between the diaphragm and the fixed compartment plate. The rear side of the fixed compartment plate, elastically mounted with a spring, is communicated with a surge tank(2) by a second bypass line(6b). A solenoid valve(7) is installed on the first bypass line and the solenoid valve is controlled by an ECU(Electronic Control Unit). Thus, the lowering of the pressure of the compressor is prevented in case of a sudden closing action of a throttle valve(3).
