Remedies for allergic eye diseases, containing 3−anilino−2−cycloalkenone derivatives represented by the general formula (I): (I) wherein R1 is optionally substituted C1−8 alkyl (except methyl), C3−7 cycloalkyl, C6−10 bicycloalkyl, indanyl, or the like; R2 is C1−4 alkyl; R3 is hydrogen, C1−5 alkyl, C3−7 cycloalkyl, or the like; R4 is hydrogen, optionally substituted C1−5 alkyl, halogeno, or the like; R5, R6, R7 and R8 are each independently hydrogen, C1−5 alkyl, or the like; and X is −(CR11R12)n− or −NR13− (wherein n is 0 to 2; and R11, R12, and R13 are each independently hydrogen, C1−5 alkyl, or the like).
