Process for manufacturing rotation symmetrical objects like pulleys, runners or similar with plastic material

A molding is produced by casting different mixed polyamide compounds (3,6) based on epsilon -caprolactam into a mold (1.1,1.2). The mixtures are prepared to different recipes and have different mechanical properties when cured. Each mixture is cast one after the other into the mold at a time dependent on the state of polymerization of the previously cast mixture.
