Component(s), e.g. electronic component, having connection terminals is attached to a connection support transparent to laser beam, by: (i) disposing the component on first face of connection support, making the connection terminals coincide with reception terminals of support; and (ii) directly welding the connection terminals to the reception terminals by applying welding laser beam. Attaching of component(s) (12), e.g. electronic components, having electrical connection terminals (18) to a connection support (10) made of material transparent to wavelength of laser beam includes disposing the component on first face (14) of the connection support, making the connection terminals of component coincide with reception terminals (16) of the support. The reception terminals comprise a material able to be welded to the connection terminals without addition of material. The connection terminals are welded directly to the reception terminals by applying a welding laser beam (L) through the transparent material of the support. An Independent claim is also included for a device comprising at least one component with connection terminals, and a connection support transparent to light and comprising reception terminals directly bonded against the connection terminals. |
