System for monitoring and authenticating Hallal meat in the slaughtering and processing industry

The procedure consists of monitoring the ritual slaughter of animals and the draining of all blood in accordance with muslim rites, modifying the electrocution of animals and birds to accord with Hallal quality, and applying authentification marks to carcasses and cuts of meat so they can be traced back to authorised abattoirs.
