The sintered shifting sleeve carrier (2), has laying surfaces for the pre-synchronizing pressure spring (1) with an axial and radial guide action. Each spring laying surface is formed while the carrier is sintered, together with a centering projection (3), to fit into the interior diameter of the spring to center it. A recess can be shaped at the transit between the spring laying surface and the center projection, to lock a spring coil.
