PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items for supporting an article fixing band, facilitate manufacture by a mold of a rear fender, reduce a mold cost, and keep a waterproof function in a band support part in a motorcycle. SOLUTION: The article fixing band 31 is supported in a tool housing part 16 formed on the rear fender 12. A columnar or spherical swelling part 32 is integrally molded in an end part of the elastic body band 31, and the band support part 30 having an inside recessed surface 30a of a shape corresponding to a surface of the swelling part 32, and having a band inserting hole 33 is integrally molded on the rear fender 12. The band 31 is inserted into the band inserting hole 33, and the swelling part 32 is fitted to the recessed surface 30a of the band support part 30 to lock the band 31.
