PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent interference with a car body of a cargo receiving base while ensuring a cargo receiving surface of prescribed size. SOLUTION: A link unit 13 constituting partly a cargo receiving surface is connected to the tip end side of lower/upper arms 9, 14 constituting a parallel link. A cargo receiving base 29, turned with a pin 26 provided in the link unit separately from an acting point of the parallel link serving as the center to be foldable relating to the link unit 13 and to constitute the cargo receiving surface with the link unit 13 at unfolding time, is provided.
