PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wood civil engineering product wherein a wood material is not only attempted to be recycled but also waste plastics can be recycled inexpensively. SOLUTION: A block 3 is formed by mixing a binder in which the waste plastics are used in the wood material 1 such as wood chips, sawdust and the like. The block 3 is used as civil engineering materials of a road structure, a banking structure, a back filling material of a structure or a reclaimed land structure of a housing site. By combining the wood material with the waste plastics to be used, the waste plastics also together with the wood material 1 can be reused as the block 3 being the wood civil engineering product.
